We're seeking a driven Business Development professional to accelerate growth by generating high-quality leads, fostering strong customer relationships, and maximizing our CRM system's potential. This role will focus on driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, and Cosmetics industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth by engaging with potential clients in the Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, and Cosmetics industries.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and ensure seamless communication to drive long-term partnerships.
3. Sales Support: Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to drive business growth.
4. Data Analysis & Insights: Maintain customer records, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to support lead generation and business outreach activities.
5. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and drive business growth.
6. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and CRM management
- Strong understanding of the biosciences research industry
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Basic Requirements:
- Experience 3+Years
- Male candidates preferred
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to engage in cold calling and client outreach
