We're looking for a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive our top-of-funnel growth. You'll be responsible for generating qualified pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted post-event engagement. This is a critical role for a curious, driven communicator who thrives on initiating conversations and building relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
What You'll Do
Drive outbound prospecting efforts via cold calling, personalised emails, and LinkedIn to engage VP+ stakeholders
Qualify inbound leads and move them efficiently through the funnel
Own pre- and post-event outreach and follow-up for trade shows, and executive events
Develop strategic account maps in order to run ABM plays within target accounts
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and campaign strategy
Maintain clean, up-to-date records of all activities in our CRM (Salesforce)
Consistently meet and exceed KPIs for meetings booked and pipeline created
What You Bring
2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound SDR/BDR roles (preferably in SaaS or technology)
Proven track record of success in outbound lead generation
Strong communication, writing, and listening skills with an executive presence
A proactive, resilient, and resourceful mindset-comfortable with high-velocity environments
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft/Outreach, SmartReach, Autobound, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Preferred Background:
Experience selling to retail, CPG, or supply chain/logistics verticals
Exposure to AI/analytics-driven software or consultative selling environments
