Vedantu is an Indian Interactive Online tutoring platform where teachers provide tuitions to students over the internet, using a real-time virtual learning environment named WAVE (Whiteboard Audio Video Environment) a technology built in-house. It is said to operate on a marketplace model for teachers, where students can browse, discover and choose to learn from an online tutor.Vedantu\xe2\x80\x99s online tutoring platform enables LIVE interactive learning between a teacher and a student. It offers individual and group classes. On Vedantu a teacher is able to give personalized teaching using two-way audio, video and whiteboarding tools where both teacher and student are able to see, hear, write and interact in real-time. Role: ACADEMIC COUNSELOR (SALES)

About the Role :
Academic Counselor is the face of Vedantu for all our students & parents and will help them understand
how to leverage Vedantu Platform for their learning.

Roles & Responsibilities
\xef\x81\xac Will have to do consultative outbound calls & follow up calls on a daily basis with prospective students & their parents.

\xef\x81\xac Fix appointments and conduct demo sessions on a daily basis with prospective students & their parents.

\xef\x81\xac Understand Customer profiles & learning problems to explain implications of ineffective learning methods and create a need for Vedantu course offerings through a structured Counseling Session with the student and the parents.

\xef\x81\xac Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.

\xef\x81\xac Learn/ Upgrade one\xe2\x80\x99s own Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, and market understanding to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s).

Requirements

Basic Graduation or 3 Years Of Diploma

Good Communication In English

Hindi Or Telugu Fluency is Mandatory

Immediate to 15 Days

Package Up to 5Lpa(Fixed)
