Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities
  • Build prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Send emails, use social media and make calls to generate potential target customers
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Set up meetings and calls between prospective customers and inside sales executives
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Essential skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with about 4-5 years of experience
  • Minimum 2 years as a BDR/SDR with a history of exceeding team targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Adept at customer service and time management
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently
  • Strong desire and ability to grow within a sales organization
Addition bonus qualifications:
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Experience of emailing and making outbound prospecting calls to the United States
  • Prior recruiting industry experience
Other:
  • Location: Bangalore
  • The role requires the candidate to work partially in US time zone
