Business Development Executive (Admission Counselor)
at Knowledge Yug, you will play a key role in guiding students toward their educational goals while driving the organization's growth. Your primary focus will be to counsel prospective students, manage leads, and convert inquiries into successful admissions through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, career options, and admission procedures.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and walk-ins.
Maintain a deep understanding of Knowledge Yug's programs, partnerships, and benefits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets through effective conversion strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional events to enhance brand awareness.
Maintain accurate student records and manage CRM databases efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Prior experience in student counseling, sales, or education consulting is an advantage.
