The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth for the consultancy by acquiring new clients, building strategic tie-ups, and generating revenue. This role is fully remote, with on-ground client visits required for meetings, pitches, and relationship building in the Hyderabad market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities for consultancy services
Visit potential clients, companies, and partners to pitch consultancy offerings
Develop strong client relationships and long-term partnerships
Close deals, tie-ups, and service contracts
Understand client requirements and propose suitable consultancy solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry visits
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM / reports
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal and onboarding support
Track market trends and competitor activity in Hyderabad
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong B2B sales and business development experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and pitching skills
Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle
Strong network in the Hyderabad corporate / startup ecosystem preferred
Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset
