Job Overview:
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive
who is passionate about building client relationships and driving growth. Initially, this role will be on a
freelance basis with incentive-based earnings (30% of the invoice raised)
. After 3-4 months, once our office operations begin, the selected candidate will transition to a
full-time role on InfoNetix payroll
.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, connect, and onboard potential clients from IT & Non-IT industries.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other BD activities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with the recruitment team to fulfill requirements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close business deals.
Maintain client database and track business pipeline.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in
Business Development / Staffing / Recruitment (IT & Non-IT)
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with ability to work independently.
Comfortable working on incentive basis during the initial phase.
Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Compensation Structure:
Phase 1 (Freelance):
Incentive-based --
30% of invoice raised to client
.
Phase 2 (Full-time, after 3-4 months):
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives on InfoNetix payroll.
Career Growth:
This is a high-growth role where initial performers will have the opportunity to
lead client accounts and manage teams
once transitioned to full-time.
