Business Development Executive
who can help us
scale our sales motion
and accelerate our growth in both the
US and Indian markets

Key Responsibilities
Drive outbound and inbound business development efforts for ConversAI Labs' AI solutions.
Identify and qualify leads through research, email campaigns, and cold calling.
Conduct discovery calls and product demos to engage potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to build targeted outreach campaigns.
Maintain an organized pipeline and track interactions in CRM tools.
Contribute ideas to refine the sales process and help scale our go-to-market strategy.
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience
in
business development / inside sales
, preferably in SaaS or tech-based products.
Proven success in
cold calling and prospecting
for the
US and India markets
.
Strong verbal and written communication skills -- confident, articulate, and persuasive.
A self-starter mindset with a hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation platforms is a plus.
