We're looking for a Business Development Manager who can own conversations, nurture decision-makers, and close
high-value B2C or B2B deals
without hand-holding. You'll be responsible for moving prospects through the sales funnel -- from qualified lead to paid customer -- while maintaining clarity, urgency, and precision.
This is a remote role with daily performance visibility and clear revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound leads and schedule qualified pitch calls
Identify customer pain points, needs, and buying triggers
Deliver product/service demos tailored to the buyer's context
Handle objections with maturity and insight -- no script reading
Follow up with structured urgency to move toward a close
Collaborate with marketing and operations for smoother handoffs
You're a Strong Fit If You
Have 3-7 years of high-ticket sales experience (consulting, SaaS, training, real estate, services, etc.)
Have consistently closed deals worth ?50K+ per transaction
Are confident on Zoom/Meet and can lead conversations with CXOs, founders, or affluent individuals
Are quick-thinking, emotionally intelligent, and outcome-driven
Know how to build trust in a single call
Are not afraid of follow-ups, targets, or performance dashboards
Speak and write clearly -- no jargon, no confusion
