Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Freelance Business Development Executive

to generate leads and drive client acquisition for our IT services. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT domain and a proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new business opportunities in domestic and international IT markets. Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, cold calling, and other platforms. Pitch IT services such as web/app development, cloud solutions, ERP, CRM, and custom software. Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals. Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly targets. Maintain and update CRM tools for pipeline tracking and reporting. Collaborate with the technical team to scope and price solutions. Represent the company professionally in client interactions and industry forums.

Key Skills & Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in IT business development or sales (freelancing experience is a plus). Strong understanding of IT services and software development lifecycle. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer.com, email marketing, and CRM tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

Commission-Based / Fixed + Incentives
