Greet visitors and manage front office operations
Handle incoming calls, emails, and office coordination
Support business development activities and lead follow-ups
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and emails
Maintain client and lead records (CRM / Excel)
Coordinate meetings and support internal teams
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
0-1 years of experience in front office / BDE / admin roles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
