Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive/Manager

Key Responsibilities:
? Follow up on sales leads for residential and commercial properties
? Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and negotiate deals
? Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
? Coordinate internal teams for inventory updates
? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
? Provide market insights and suggest suitable properties to buyers
Requirements:
? 1-4 years of sales experience (real estate preferred)
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills
? Goal-driven and self-motivated personality
? Comfortable with fieldwork and client interaction
? Knowledge of local property market is a plus
