Identify and engage high-potential clients, brokers, and institutional partners to fuel lead conversion and revenue growth.
Conduct market research and present investment proposals to clients and internal teams.
Negotiate partnerships and close commercial agreements in collaboration with Legal and Sales.
Represent the company at real estate events, investor meets, and NRI forums to build brand presence.
Expexctations:
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
3-7 years' experience in real estate or allied sectors, with a proven knack for building business pipelines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency with a results-driven mindset.
