Key Responsibilities:

? Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage with real estate builders,

developers, landowners, and other stakeholders to introduce our services and drive partnerships.

? Pitching & Negotiation: Present our value proposition persuasively, addressing client needs and tailoring pitches to different stakeholders.

? Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate industry.

? Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.

? Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding.

? Target-Driven: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

? Education: MBA/BBA/B.Com or equivalent from a top-tier college (preferably in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields).

?Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication--must be

articulate, confident, and persuasive.

? Regional Language Proficiency: Fluency in English + Telugu/ Kannada, is a strong plus, as you will engage with local builders and landowners.

? Presentation & Grooming: Professional appearance, well-groomed, and able to represent the company with credibility.

? Personality: Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable with networking and cold outreach.

? Own Commute: Must have own transportation (two-wheeler/car) for daily travel to client meetings.

? Adaptability: Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

? Willingness to Travel: Must be open to frequent local travel for client meetings.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
