to join our team in Banglore Richmon town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and supporting new franchise partners to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential franchise partners through field visits, calls, and digital platforms
Present the franchise business model, benefits, and financials to prospective partners
Follow up and build strong relationships with leads until closure
Achieve monthly targets for franchise closures
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
Support new franchises through onboarding and initial setup
Collaborate with the internal team for smooth transition and support
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or franchise development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets
Willingness to travel locally as required
Familiarity with the Hyderabad market is an advantage
Bachelor's degree preferred
