Business Development & Proposal back office support for preparation / maintenance of Prospect tracker sheet, Bid / No Bid presentation, MIS, Aide Memoire, preparation of EOI / SOI / PQ and Tender documents. Attend pre-bid meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting, business presentations, Win / Loss analysis, competition mapping, marketing intelligence. Provide admin / back office support to Business Development Managers & Proposal Managers. Participate in Exhibition and Conferences, develop marketing kit / brochures, branding literature and project specific videos. Network and Liaise with client representatives and respond to client emails. Generate leads, Track tenders and business opportunities in Domestic and International markets. Study new lines of business and markets and strategy to address.
