Job Description

Note - Need to work on Night Shifts.



You are a cross-functional leader who drives operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and large-scale project management across infrastructure, construction, real estate, and enterprise operations.



You specialize in solving complex business and operational challenges and execute programs through a combination of analytics, process redesign, and financial controls.



Your role involves end-to-end ownership--from stakeholder discovery, scope definition, and program planning to implementation, reporting, and value realization. You work closely with CXO-level leaders and global clients (US, and India) ensuring performance, process compliance, and predictable project outcomes.



You bring experience across data centers, manufacturing, HVAC, healthcare, corporate real estate, and capital programs, allowing you to bridge engineering teams, finance, and project management functions.



Key Responsibilities



1. Program & Project Management



Lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs across construction, corporate real estate, technology operations, and capital projects.



Manage requirement gathering, scope development, schedules, budgets, risks, and governance.



Implement PMO frameworks and ensure compliance with standards, quality, and delivery timelines.



2. Data, Reporting & Business Intelligence



Build reporting systems, dashboards, and analytics frameworks using tools like Power BI, and Excel.



Conduct variance analysis, forecasting, KPI modelling, and operational diagnostics.



Implement financial controls, revenue assurance processes, and audit mechanisms (e.g., uncovering multi-million-dollar billing gaps).



3. Stakeholder & Client Management



Work closely with executives, technical teams, finance, procurement, and external vendors.



Navigate cross-cultural environments with clients in the US, Middle East, and India.



Facilitate workshops, reviews, and executive presentations.



4. Operations & Process Optimization



Redesign workflows across construction, real estate, healthcare operations, and tech-enabled environments.



Create SOPs, governance models, and performance frameworks.



Lead cost optimization, resource planning, and process improvement initiatives.



5. Strategic Consulting



Advise leadership on transformation initiatives, operational strategy, and process modernization.



Support presales, proposals, and solution framing for large programs.



Conduct feasibility analysis and prepare executive-level insights and recommendations.
