Business Development & Technical Resource

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in

electrical, mechanical, and MEP systems

and a flair for

business development

across

real estate, construction, and government sectors

This is a strategic role that combines

technical expertise, project management

client engagement

to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new business opportunities in

electrical, mechanical, and construction sectors

Lead and manage teams to ensure smooth project execution Build and nurture long-term relationships with

clients, builders, vendors, and government bodies

Understand and implement

MEP systems

including: Underground electrical cabling City gas pipelines Electrical substations Lead the planning and execution of new business development strategies Coordinate with technical teams for project execution and delivery Prepare

project proposals, tenders, presentations

, and client reports Conduct market research and oversee outreach and negotiation efforts Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all projects

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) + MBA (Marketing/Business Development)

Experience:

3-4 years in business development and project execution in

construction/real estate/government sectors

Technical Knowledge:

MEP systems City gas & cabling infrastructure Electrical substations

Skills:

Business growth strategy Team leadership Strong communication & negotiation High ownership & initiative

Preferred Attributes:

Prior experience with

government projects, builders, or real estate developers

Knowledge of

industry standards

and

project management best practices

Proven track record in

business expansion

and

stakeholder management
