Gritsys is looking for a Business Development Executive/Manager with strong experience in healthcare software sales (B2B & B2C) with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside Gritsys. As a Business Development Executive/Manager you will Oversee sales activities, develop sales strategies, provides support, and facilitates problem resolution for team of business Development team members at Gritsys.
Desired Profile of the Candidate
Lead generation, prospecting and customer servicing
Proposal preparation, cost estimation, rate negotiations and closing the deal
Market analysis, competition analysis and devise marketing strategies
Driving the Sales revenues & achieving them
Identify, research and evaluate new business opportunities, establish contacts with clients to understand their business needs
Determine client business requirements and identify which services of Gritsys meet those needs.
Good Understanding of the business areas & processes
Good team building skills and the ability to identify good dependable talent
Strategic and business orientation
Strong negotiation, presentation & communication skills
Monitor competitor's offering, prices and sales
Experience
Must have a minimum of 2+ years' experience in Healthcare Software Products and Services (B2B and B2C), sales & marketing.
Thorough knowledge of developing business cases based on appropriate background analysis, understanding of client needs and other market dynamics.
Travel will be on an as needed basis
