Understand client needs and recommend appropriate IT service solutions.
Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business by coordinating post-sale engagement.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute strategic sales campaigns aligned with company revenue goals.
Conduct competitor analysis, market mapping, and pricing evaluation.
Track and report pipeline activity using CRM tools.
Proposals, Presentations & Pitches
Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and service quotes.
Respond to RFPs and participate in client meetings and negotiations.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver demos tailored to client requirements.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with marketing for campaign alignment and content support.
Liaise with project delivery and development teams to communicate client needs.
Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and delivery.
Market & Industry Intelligence
Stay informed on the latest technology trends and competitor offerings.
Monitor market developments and identify areas for business expansion.
Contribute insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
