Familiarity with the HR, recruitment, or background verification industry is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Present and demonstrate the company's services to potential clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up with prospective clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and compliance requirements related to background verification.
