Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities with

architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers

. Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business. Conduct

cold calls, client visits, and product presentations

. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Qwind products. Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and achieve assigned sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for

quotation, order processing, and timely delivery

. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth areas. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

business development or sales in building materials, fenestration, or construction industry

preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools. Own vehicle for client visits (preferred).

Education:



Graduate in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field. MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
