Rite KnowledgeLabs is looking for a

Business Development & Pre-Sales Associate

to join our team in Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai (onsite role, full-time work from office). You will play a pivotal role in

lead generation, client acquisition, and supporting revenue growth

for leading Indian and global brands.

Who should apply?



MBA graduates (Marketing, Strategy, or related fields). Strong research, analytical, and communication skills. Interest or experience in

business development, pre-sales, lead generation, and client acquisition

. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of CRM or sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus. Candidates with

0-2 years of relevant experience

are encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities



As a

Business Development & Pre-Sales Associate

, you will:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify potential clients through research, databases, and networking platforms.

Market Research & Insights

- Analyze industries, competitors, and target segments to identify business opportunities.

Pipeline Development

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and ensure timely follow-ups.

Client Acquisition Support

- Assist in preparing proposals, sales presentations, and pitch decks tailored to client needs.

Relationship Management

- Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and support senior team members in client interactions.

Collaboration

- Work with internal teams (content, design, and client servicing) to create compelling client-facing material.

Sales Enablement

- Track opportunities, maintain database, and provide insights to strengthen sales conversion.
