Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support professional to join our team in India to support European region sales. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing technical and commercial assistance for projects in the Plant Engineering domain. A deep understanding of engineering solutions and market requirements in the Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or FMCG sectors is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to the sales team and clients. Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements. Coordinate with clients to clarify requirements and align technical details. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes. Support the sales team in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Chemical or related fields preferred). Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales support, technical sales, or plant engineering. Strong background in one or more of the following industries: Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or FMCG. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with multinational teams and clients. Understanding of project lifecycles and industrial plant operations.
