Rs. 50,000 - Rs. 65,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:



Primarily close sales by reaching out to the medical teams or Marketing Heads & other decision makers in pharmaceutical companies to pitch Onference TV and its platform offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with Marketing Heads and other key stakeholders to drive long-term business growth. Strong lead generation capabilities through online research, industry connects & professional networks to develop existing data and generate new leads. Leverage LinkedIn, other digital platforms & AI tools to connect with potential leads & increase brand visibility. Prepare impactful business development proposals, pitch decks and custom sales collaterals aligned with client objectives. Run B-2-B campaigns / newsletters for new offerings, package deals to pharma on monthly basis. Collaborate internally with different teams to align client expectations with deliverables.

Required skillsets for the role:



3-6 years of experience in business development or B2B sales in pharma, healthcare, or CME space Knowledge and understanding of the pharma & online CME ecosystem Understanding of drug marketing Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Persistent & patient Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and comfortable using online tools and CRMs
