- Business Development Executive
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and build long-term relationships with business owners. The role focuses on B2B SaaS sales, client communication, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads for SaaS and B2B software products
Connect with business owners via calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings
Understand client requirements and present suitable software solutions
Conduct product demos and explain features, pricing, and benefits
Follow up with prospects and close sales within assigned targets
Maintain and update leads in CRM systems
Coordinate with marketing, support, and product teams
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or software sales preferred
Ability to handle outbound calls and follow-ups professionally
Good understanding of sales funnels and lead conversion
Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
Good to Have
Experience selling software to gyms, salons, clinics, or service businesses
Knowledge of SaaS subscription models
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Zoom, or Google Meet demos
