Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, sales pitches, and proposal development.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align business strategies and deliver client-centric solutions.
Prepare and present compelling business presentations and reports to senior leadership.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company and expand connections.
Track and analyze sales metrics to inform strategy and report on performance using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles (2-5+ years, depending on level).
Strong understanding of market dynamics, client behavior, and B2B sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office / Google Workspace.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
