Job Description

We are seeking a

Freelance Business Developer

with proven experience in

international staffing and recruitment sales

. The role focuses on acquiring new overseas clients, building long-term partnerships, and generating consistent recruitment mandates across multiple geographies.

This position is ideal for self-driven professionals who have strong industry networks and a solid understanding of global hiring models, including contingency, retained search, and RPO.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and onboard

international clients

across regions such as the Middle East, Europe, North America, APAC, and Africa. Generate new business opportunities for

staffing, recruitment, and talent acquisition services

. Pitch recruitment solutions for

junior, mid-level, senior, and leadership roles

across IT and non-IT domains. Build and manage strong client relationships with HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers. Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams for delivery. Negotiate commercial terms, recruitment fees, and service agreements. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads and conversions. Stay informed about international hiring trends, labor markets, and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in

business development or sales within staffing/recruitment

, preferably international. Strong understanding of

global recruitment models and fee structures

. Existing network of international clients or decision-makers is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote, freelance environment. Familiarity with ATS, CRM tools, and LinkedIn-based lead generation is an advantage.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?750,000.00 per month
