Advent Recruiters is a growing recruitment firm focused on delivering efficient and reliable talent solutions across industries. As part of our expansion, we're looking for freelance Business Development Partners who are proactive, persuasive, and passionate about connecting with companies.
What You'll Do
Generate leads and identify hiring companies in need of recruitment support.
Pitch Advent Recruiters' services to potential clients (via email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.).
Schedule discovery calls or meetings with interested clients.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently.
Act as a brand ambassador while maintaining professionalism in communication.
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team for smooth client onboarding.
Who You Are
Have experience in B2B sales, business development, or HR/recruitment services (preferred but not mandatory).
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Basic understanding of hiring/recruitment industry is a plus.
