Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase student enrollments.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
Manage parent inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups professionally.
Work closely with teachers and academic team to ensure high-quality service.

Marketing & Branding
Lead all marketing activities for the school (online + offline).
Create marketing campaigns for courses, events, and promotions.
Manage social media, ads, branding, and content planning.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Partnership Management
Build relationships with schools, institutions, and educational partners.
Represent Amore Learning School in educational events, exhibitions, and meetings.
Develop corporate training proposals and B2B partnerships.
Operational Ownership
Take full responsibility for the admission cycle.
Monitor student satisfaction and coordinate with academic teams.
Support the management in strategic planning and growth decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2-5 years experience in
education sales / business development
.
Strong knowledge of Dubai/UAE education industry.
Excellent English communication; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership.
Strong marketing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ready to travel for meetings, events, and partnerships.
Proficiency in digital tools: CRM, Excel, Canva, Google Workspace.
