Identify and develop new sales channels and appoint dealers/distributors across assigned territories.
Manage, handle, and grow the existing dealer network to achieve sales targets and market expansion.
Ensure client retention, repeat orders, and sustained revenue growth from the existing dealer base.
Plan and execute business development strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers through regular visits, follow-ups, and performance reviews.
Monitor sales performance, secondary sales, and dealer stock levels to ensure smooth re-ordering cycles.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and post-sales support.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements and share insights with management.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and growth plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Business Development / Channel Sales / Dealer Sales (preferably in automotive consumables, car care, tools, abrasives, or related industries).
Strong ability to build and maintain long-term dealer and customer relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Result-oriented with a strong drive for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred).
4-8 years of relevant sales and channel development experience.
