About the Role

BizMeet India is a professional networking platform where small businesses connect in curated groups through weekly online meetings. As our Business Development & Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving growth and ensuring seamless daily operations. You will also be responsible for supervising the core team across marketing, sales, tech, and customer service.

This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and target potential customers, business communities, and industry groups. Build and manage outreach funnels via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email. Develop and execute strategies to convert leads to paying users. Onboard new users and ensure a smooth transition into their BizMeet groups. Plan and conduct webinars, pitch sessions, and partnership outreach.
Operations Management

Oversee the assignment and functioning of user groups (6 members each). Monitor weekly Saturday video meetings and track attendance. Handle customer queries, operational escalations, and process bottlenecks. Build and implement SOPs to ensure efficiency across all departments. Ensure backend records, subscriptions, and payments are well maintained.
Staff Management

Supervise and coordinate with the internal team: Social Media Manager / Graphic Designer Business Development Executive Tech Lead / Web Developer Assign tasks and track performance through regular check-ins. Maintain a culture of accountability, collaboration, and transparency. Report weekly progress and team performance to the Founder.
Reporting & Strategy

Analyze business data to make informed growth and retention decisions. Collaborate with the Founder on quarterly growth plans and improvements. Contribute to long-term roadmap planning including new verticals and geographies.
Requirements

2-4 years of experience in business development, operations, or team management (preferably in a startup or SaaS environment). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Hands-on experience with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Trello/Asana. Familiarity with Zoom/Google Meet, payment platforms, and B2B outreach strategies. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and take ownership.
Preferred Qualities

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Previous experience in handling remote teams. Interest in business networking or community-driven platforms.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
