We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development & Operations Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business Development & Operations Executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.
Roles & Responsibilities
Generating new business leads and opportunities
Managing Buy and Sales sides of the existing client passed by the company to create profitability.
Reaching out via professional media like LinkedIn to connect with prospective customers.
Staying up to date with the latest procurement industry trends & best practices
Attending domestic and international networking activities/ conferences to research and connect with prospective clients.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most competitive prices
Coordinate with the Internal Teams like Technical, Billing, Rates and Commercials to get the Job done.
Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance
Required skills & qualifications
Good verbal & written communication skills in English
Soft Skills (Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building)
Strong, in-depth analytical skill
Proficient in professional business conversational etiquette
Networking & Team Management
Educational Qualification: Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field from Premium Institute
