Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2 -3 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on marketing B2B software or SaaS products within cloud marketplaces, particularly

AWS Marketplace

. 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Operations, or GTM roles with SaaS/software products. Proven experience developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for SaaS offerings on AWS Marketplace. Proven experience

selling via AWS Marketplace

and understanding of its procurement model. Deep understanding of the AWS Marketplace mechanics, including listing processes, pricing models (SaaS subscriptions, contracts, private offers), and seller programs. Demonstrated ability to drive demand generation and pipeline creation through digital marketing channels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing messages. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, finance).

Preferred Qualifications:



MBA , B.com, BBM in Marketing or a related field. Prior experience in a Biz Dev or Sales Operations role for a SaaS company, with direct exposure to cloud marketplace transactions. Familiarity with other cloud marketplaces (Azure Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace).

Key Responsibilities:Marketplace Strategy & Execution

Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for selling our software/SaaS products on AWS Marketplace. Work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to ensure successful listing and lifecycle management.

Business Development

Identify and engage with potential customers and partners through the AWS ecosystem. Build and maintain strong relationships with AWS partner and marketplace teams. Drive co-selling initiatives, leverage AWS co-op funds, and participate in joint campaigns.

Operational Management

Manage all operational aspects of the AWS Marketplace channel, including contracts, billing, usage tracking, reporting, and compliance. Ensure accurate and timely updates of listings, pricing, and product SKUs.

Revenue Growth & Forecasting

Monitor KPIs and revenue performance from the AWS Marketplace. Create forecasts and report on marketplace-driven growth opportunities and ROI.

Process Optimization

Establish scalable workflows and best practices for managing multiple marketplace products and versions. Optimize internal tools, integrations, and processes to improve the customer purchase experience via AWS.
