Support in proposal preparation and client documentation.
Maintain CRM sheets, client database, and lead reports.
2. Marketing & Operations Support
Assist in marketing campaigns, brand documentation, and pitch presentations.
Coordinate with creative and strategy teams for ongoing client deliverables.
Support market research and industry mapping for new client opportunities.
Maintain daily activity reports and ensure follow-up consistency.
3. Founder Assistance
Schedule meetings and manage follow-up routines.
Summarise client discussions into actionable notes.
Learn and implement Neevstone's proprietary systems (Byfluence, Bunik, UGstyle).
1-2 years in client coordination, telecalling, sales support, or marketing operations.
(Internship or part-time experience also counts.)
