Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and client segments (e.g., corporate travel, group tours, specific geographical areas).
Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Partnership Development:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with hotels, resorts, transport providers, and corporate clients across Kerala.
Client Acquisition:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Travel and Outreach:
Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala is mandatory
to meet with potential clients and partners.
Reporting:
Track sales and provide regular updates on business development activities, and forecast future sales performance.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Tourism Management).
Experience:
Proven experience (preferably 2+ years) in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in the travel industry.
Skills:
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
(verbal and written) in English and Malayalam.
Exceptional Managerial and Negotiation Skills.
Valid driver's license
Compensation and Benefits
Salary:
?20,000 - ?25,000 per month + incentives (depending on experience and current market standing).
