, you will be responsible for building and maintaining referral partnerships with organizations and professionals serving High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). These may include wealth management companies, real estate agencies, family offices, and other relevant partners. The objective is to generate business inquiries and expand our referral network.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development:
Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with potential referral sources.
Partner Onboarding:
Smoothly onboard new partners and educate them about our services.
Referral Generation:
Drive conversions by generating quality leads through partner relationships.
Meeting Coordination:
Arrange and schedule meetings between partners and internal teams.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify new business prospects.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor partner performance and track lead conversion.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate data and submit timely reports on activities and outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
2-3+ years of experience in
Partner Relationship Management
or
Business Development
.
Strong understanding of
UAE business setup processes
preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.
Familiar with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Result-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in a
