We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Business Development Manager/Officer

with a strong background in

ceiling product sales

to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients in the construction or interior product space.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in ceiling product sales Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and distributors Meet and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives Conduct site visits, product presentations, and technical discussions Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer support Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:



Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in ceiling product or related building materials sales Strong network in the

construction, interior design, or architectural

community Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently Willingness to travel within the region as needed

Preferred Qualification:



Any graduate / diploma in sales, marketing, or related field (technical background is a plus)
