Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Conversion
Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into confirmed admissions through
calls, emails, and in-person meetings
.
Drive
student enrolments
through direct outreach and institutional tie-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
2. Partnerships & Alliances
Establish and maintain partnerships with
colleges, coaching centers, and influencers
to build a strong referral network.
Develop
B2B alliances
to expand course reach and brand footprint.
3. Market Research & Strategy
Conduct
market and competitor analysis
to identify potential regions and student segments.
Contribute to the development and execution of
strategic business plans
aimed at revenue growth and brand expansion.
4. Team Management (if applicable)
Lead, train, and motivate a small team of
field executives or counselors
to achieve performance goals.
Support team members through regular feedback and performance monitoring.
5. Brand Promotion
Organize and participate in
seminars, webinars, college fests, and career guidance programs
to enhance brand awareness.
Represent
Commerce Pro
at
education fairs, conferences, and industry events
.
6. Reporting & Analysis
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of
leads, conversions, and follow-ups
using CRM tools.
Submit detailed
weekly/monthly performance reports
and provide insights into sales trends, forecasts, and market feedback.
Key Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce
, or a related field.
MBA
in Marketing or Sales preferred.
Experience
2-5 years
of experience in
sales or business development
, preferably within the
education or edtech sector
.
