Role Overview
We are seeking
energetic and goal-driven Sales Executives
to join our Admissions and Outreach team. The role involves direct engagement with students, parents, schools, and communities to promote Kingston's educational programs -- from kindergarten to postgraduate levels -- and convert leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
outreach visits to schools, coaching centers, local housing complexes, and community clubs
to promote Kingston's various academic programs.
Generate, nurture, and convert leads for Kingston's entire educational ecosystem -- from
school (KG-12)
to
college and postgraduate courses.
Engage with parents, students, and counselors through calls, in-person meetings, and campus tours.
Maintain accurate lead and conversion data in
CRM tools (LeadSquared / Google Sheets / SmartFlo)
.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to follow up on leads generated from campaigns (WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, and social media).
Build strong relationships with school principals, coaching center heads, and community leaders for sustained lead generation.
Participate in and organize
education fairs, seminars, and career guidance sessions
across the region.
Prepare and present
daily/weekly reports
on outreach and conversion activities to management.
Represent the Kingston brand with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales preferred).
1-3 years of experience
in education sales, admissions counseling, or B2C field sales.* Strong communication in
English, Hindi, and Bengali
.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms.
Confident in field visits, cold calls, and public interaction.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
