We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to support business growth across our diversified product portfolio including Hair Care, Hair Oils, Hair Treatments, Hair Coloring, Henna Paste, Perfumes & Attar, Bakhoor & Agarbatti, Derma, and Skincare (www.dkihenna.com). The role involves identifying new customers, supporting channel development, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth business execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective clients.
Handle customer communication, follow-ups, and basic negotiations.
Support distributor, agent, and channel partner onboarding.
Assist in product discussions, sampling, and order processing.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, dispatch, and delivery.
Maintain customer data and prepare regular business reports.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA with 1-4 years of experience in business development or sales.
Experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or export business preferred.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Proactive, organized, and growth-oriented mindset.
