Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to promote and sell our range of custom and modular furniture products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and visit potential clients including architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate buyers. Present product catalogs, samples, and customization options to clients. Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and production teams for tailored solutions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide market feedback on trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Should be from other state(Preferred) Upto 5 years of proven experience in field sales, with a strong preference for candidates from the furniture, interior design, or building materials industry. Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM), ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills & Competencies:



Knowledge of AutoCAD or design software (for client discussions). Experience in B2B sales and institutional selling. Passion for design, aesthetics, and customer service.
