Business Development Officer
to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and establishing relationships with schools, colleges, and universities in Hyderabad. The goal is to promote our educational products and services, schedule presentations, and onboard institutions as partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit schools, junior colleges, and universities across Hyderabad to promote company programs.
Build strong relationships with principals, deans, and administrative heads.
Identify and generate new business leads through cold calls, field visits, and networking.
Conduct on-site presentations and seminars to highlight services such as SAT & university placement programs.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for further discussions.
Maintain records of visits, contacts, and business opportunities in CRM tools.
Coordinate with the internal academic and operations teams to execute signed deals.
Attend education fairs, workshops, and conferences as a company representative.
Provide regular reports and updates to the Business Development Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
10 years of experience in sales, business development, or institutional outreach (preferably in education).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad.
Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.
Salary & Benefits:
