As a BDO, you will be the first point of contact between our design firm and potential homeowners. Your primary goal is to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convince prospective clients to book a design consultation with our experts. This is an exciting role for a self-motivated individual who loves meeting people and has a keen interest in home aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through networking, social media, and local real estate partnerships (builders, brokers, and apartment complexes).
Client Outreach:
Conduct cold calls and follow up on inquiries to introduce our interior design services.
Initial Consultation:
Meet with prospective homeowners to understand their requirements (e.g., 2BHK/3BHK renovation, modular kitchen) and explain our brand's value.
Site Visits:
Visit construction sites or new apartment handovers to distribute marketing materials and collect leads.
CRM Management:
Keep a meticulous record of all leads, follow-ups, and meeting statuses in our database.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Design Team to ensure a smooth handover of the client's vision.
Skills & Qualifications (What We Are Looking For)
Education:
Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, or Architecture/Design backgrounds are a plus).
Communication:
English and Tamil. You must be confident in speaking with high-value clients.
Attitude:
Highly motivated, "go-getter" personality with a strong desire to build a career in sales/marketing.
Mobility:
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits (Two-wheeler preferred).
