Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new B2B business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, distributors, consultants, and project stakeholders
Promote and sell company products, particularly gypsum plastering or related building materials
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience
Experience in gypsum plastering, construction materials, or building material industry is required
Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
