3. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA (KRA): REVENUE ACCELERATION (TIER 3 VARIABLE)

5. PAYMENT TIMELINE & RETENTION POLICY Disbursement Schedule 1. Recruitment Bonus (? 4,000): Paid on the Last Day of the current month. 2. Sales Incentive (M2 + Tier 3): Paid After 30 Days from policy issuance. ? Reason: To ensure the policy passes the Free Look-Up Period without cancellation. Shortfall & Clawback Rules ? Free Look Cancellation: If a customer cancels within the 30-day Free Look period, that policy does not count towards your target. ? Shortfall Impact: ? If a cancellation drops your count below 19 NOP, you lose eligibility for the sales incentive entirely unless recovered. ? If a cancellation drops your volume (e.g., from ? 11L to ? 10.5L), your payout drops to the lower tier (from Tier 3b to Tier 3a). ? Recovery Mandate: You must generate fresh business within the remaining period to replace any cancellations. Failure to do so results in deduction of payment.
