Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Officer who thrives on sales closures and has a strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals. If you're passionate about building a career in sales, can engage clients with interactive, natural communication (not scripts!), and know how to turn lost leads into paying clients, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive sales for Digital Marketing and Website Development services by identifying high-potential prospects and converting them into long-term clients. Handle the complete sales cycle: cold calling, pitching, follow-ups, and closing deals. Revive lost or inactive leads, re-engage them with customized solutions, and convert them into customers. Actively listen to client needs during discussions and craft solutions that truly address their challenges. Manage client objections/issues during closures with a problem-solving approach to keep deals moving forward. Prepare and present impactful sales pitches, proposals, and negotiations that win client confidence. Stay updated on digital marketing and web development trends to communicate value effectively. Collaborate with internal marketing and development teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with proven sales track record). 2+ years of sales/business development experience -- experience in selling Digital Marketing services is a must, Website Development sales is a plus. Strong understanding of digital marketing basics (Facebook Ads,Google Ads, etc.). Proven record of sales closures through cold calling, consultative selling, and reviving lost leads. Excellent communication skills -- fluent in English and Hindi. Energetic, interactive, and persuasive communication style -- not just following a script. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to build trust and influence decisions. Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle client objections and resolve issues during the closure process.
