Job Description

• Ensure productivity and accountability, and guarantee that goals are being met
• Identify potential tenants by Advertising and marketing vacant spaces to attract tenants and filling vacancies, negotiating, and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises
• Manage to prepare contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposit
• Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping services
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Managing the sale, rental, or development of properties.
• Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Handle all aspects of our partnership with property owners, leasing partners, and flex space providers, including finding new tenants, managing tenancy renewals and terminations.
• Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile: * Bachelor's / Master's degree (Regular) is highly preferred.

• Required equivalent work experience of 15 years in property management is mandatory (both Commercial and Residential)
• Comprehensive experience in managing property purchases, sales, rentals, and development.
• Experience in negotiating contracts and determining rental rates.
• In-depth understanding of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements.
