We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller who can handle outbound calls, explain our services clearly, follow up with leads, and convert them into customers. The role is simple -- make calls, build interest, and close conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to potential customers
Explain products/services clearly and convincingly
Generate interest and qualify leads
Maintain follow-ups and manage call records
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Handle customer queries professionally
Update CRM with call logs and lead status
Required Skills
Strong verbal communication skills
Confident and clear telephone manner
Good persuasion and negotiation abilities
Target-driven and disciplined
Ability to handle rejections and keep working consistently
Basic computer knowledge (CRM familiarity is an advantage)
