We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The role will primarily focus on expanding the dealer and distributor network across Kerala for agricultural inputs and related products. The BDA will be responsible for identifying potential dealers, onboarding them, and building strong relationships to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate potential dealers, distributors, and retailers across Kerala.
Onboard new dealers and strengthen the existing dealer network.
Promote Mythree Agro Tech's portfolio of agricultural inputs (Fertilizers, seeds, crop protection products, etc.) to dealers and retailers.
Develop and execute local market expansion strategies district-wise.
Build strong, long-term relationships with dealers to ensure consistent sales and product visibility.
Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and dealer preferences.
Organize product demonstrations, dealer meets, and farmer engagement programs in collaboration with the marketing team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly dealer acquisition and sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales support.
Prepare regular reports on dealer performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.

Pay: ?10,862.65 - ?39,855.00 per month
